Timeline
Timeline puts everything you have to plan or remember on one time axis — appointments and renewals, bills and birthdays, the things that repeat and the things that happen once. You arrange it the way your household actually thinks: named rows, grouped how you like, read over months or years at a glance. It is the whole picture of your commitments, in one place you control.

Great ways to use RyftSpace
Powerful features included by default
Putting things on the timeline
- Named rows, sorted into groups you name yourself.
- Drag an event onto a row for something that lasts, or a milestone for a moment.
- Drop where you mean: the date under the pointer is shown as you drag, and a line marks the day it will land on.
- Add a group or a row by dragging one in, or from a plain form if you would rather type.
- Reorder groups and rows; move an item to a different day.
- Edit anything in the properties panel beside the plan.
Reading it back
- Zoom from a few months to several years, and pan across time.
- One blue line for today, with the date on the ruler.
- Proximity views: what is near now, rather than the whole plan at once.
- Filter rows, search by name, or switch to a plain table.
- A summary band under the plan, and a print layout that leaves the furniture out.
- Both email digests are included, weekly and daily.
- Every change is undoable, and the last 20 versions are kept.
- Times in your household's own time zone, on every device you sign in from.

Overview
What it is
Online applications that help you plan and manage the time in your personal life. Everything with a date on it — a bill, a term date, a renewal, an appointment, a repayment — is the same kind of object: a named thing with a date. RyftSpace keeps them in rows on one time axis rather than in a dozen apps that each know a fraction of the story.
The plan includes MyLife: rows of events by group, plotted so you can see your immediate future as a diary on a timeline. Reminders reach you by email.
One price, one household
One price for the whole household. Share it with your family — there are no seats to count and no extra charge for the people you live with.
Nothing counts seats, evicts a device or asks who is signed in. Several people, several devices and one credential is the design, not a gap in it.
What holds the data
Your plan is encrypted with a key your password unlocks. Nobody at RyftSpace can read it — and nobody can recover it for you, which is stated plainly here rather than discovered later. How security works.
Price
One price for the household, and everything is in it. Prices are for Australia and include GST.

What does the free trial include?
Everything, for 30 days, without a card. Cancel any time.
What does it cost after that?
A$4.90 AUD a month for the household, including GST. Every time tracker and both email digests come with it, so that is the whole of it.
Can my family use my account?
One price for the whole household. Share it with your family — there are no seats to count and no extra charge for the people you live with.
Is it per person?
No. One price covers the household — no seats counted, no device limit, and nothing that tries to detect sharing.
What is a time tracker?
One screen for one part of life: named rows on a shared time axis. MyLife comes with the plan; the rest you add. See what it does.
Can I add and remove trackers?
Whenever you like, and it costs nothing either way — every time tracker is included. Switching one off never deletes what is in it.
What happens if I forget my password?
Your data is encrypted with a key your password unlocks, so the contents of your plan are gone. Nobody at RyftSpace can recover it. How security works.
What happens if I stop paying?
The trackers close and nothing is deleted. Your information stays exactly as you left it and you can still download all of it. Subscribe again and it opens again.
Can I get my data out?
At any time, as a plain JSON file, from the top of the console or from your account page. It is yours.
Does it work offline?
The desktop app does. You sign in once, and after that it works without the internet. Download it.
Who am I buying from?
Cloudreon Pty Ltd, an Australian company, ABN 52 638 743 352. You can call 1300 952 417.
Where can I read the detail?
The pricing schedule, the terms and the privacy policy say it in full.
