Before you use this screen
This screen can hold health information — yours, or your child's. That is treated as sensitive under Australian and European law, so we ask you separately rather than burying it in the terms you ticked when you signed up.
What you should know
- We cannot read it. It is encrypted with a key only your password unlocks, and we hold no copy of that key. Not policy — arithmetic.
- Everyone in your household can. One password opens the account, by design. Anyone you share it with sees this screen too.
- It is not a medical record. Do not rely on RyftSpace for anything clinical, and do not use it as your only copy of anything that matters.
- Enter as little as you can. "Physio, Tuesday" plans your week as well as a diagnosis does, and risks far less.
- You can change your mind. Withdraw on your account page at any time. That closes these screens and deletes nothing— what you have stored stays yours to remove when you choose.
Saying no costs you nothing else. Every other screen works exactly as before.
