Terms of service
Effective 8 August 2026. Version 2026-08-08.
1. Who you are dealing with
RyftSpace is provided by Cloudreon Pty Ltd, ABN 52 638 743 352, an Australian company.
Registered address: U35 210 Newman-Morris Circuit, Oxley, ACT 2903, Australia
Postal address: PO Box 963, Woden, ACT 2606, Australia
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Cloudreon Pty Ltd. "You" means the person who holds the account.
2. What RyftSpace is, and where it is offered
RyftSpace is a set of online applications for planning and managing time in your personal life. You enter your own information, and RyftSpace lays it out across a timeline.
RyftSpace is offered in Australia only.We open one country at a time. When you create an account you tell us which country you are in, and we can only accept accounts from a country we are open in.
If you move somewhere we are not yet open, your account keeps working and your information stays yours. We will not close an account because of where its holder has moved to.
3. Your account, and sharing it
One account covers one household. You may share your password with the people you live with. There are no seat limits, no device limits, and no extra charge for family members.
You are responsible for what happens on your account, including anything done by someone you gave the password to. If you no longer want someone to have access, change the password — this signs out every other device.
You must be at least 18 to hold an account.
4. Price, billing and cancellation
RyftSpace is charged monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel. What you pay is the price shown for your country and your chosen plan on the pricing page, confirmed on the payment page before you pay. That confirmed amount is the price for your subscription; we will not change it without telling you first.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends.
We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not accept it.
5. Refunds and your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
If RyftSpace does not do what we said it would, you may be entitled to a refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. Contact us and we will sort it out.
6. Your information is yours
You own everything you put into RyftSpace. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you. We store it encrypted, on servers currently in Australia.
How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.
You can delete your information at any time. If you close your account, we delete it.
7. What you agree not to rely on RyftSpace for
RyftSpace is a general planning service, and you use it at your own discretion. By using it you agree that you will not rely on it for:
- financial decisions. Projections are arithmetic applied to numbers and assumptions you entered. They are not advice, not a forecast, and take no account of your circumstances;
- health or medical decisions. RyftSpace stores and displays what you record. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor or advise;
- critical reminders. Reminders are a convenience and may be late, may be delivered out of order, or may not arrive at all. Do not rely on them for medication, medical appointments, legal deadlines, or anything else where being late causes harm.
Decisions you make after looking at RyftSpace are your own. For anything that matters, use a source built for it and, where appropriate, a qualified professional.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use RyftSpace to break the law, or to store material that is unlawful;
- resell or sublicense access to it;
- attempt to break into it, disrupt it, or access anyone else's account;
- use it in a way that damages the service for other people.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
9. Availability
We try to keep RyftSpace running and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take it offline for maintenance, and we may change or remove features.
If we discontinue RyftSpace altogether, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your information.
10. Liability and warranties
Except for the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- our total liability to you for all claims connected with RyftSpace — however they arise, including in contract, negligence or otherwise — is limited to one month's subscription payment;
- we give no warranties beyond those the law requires, and RyftSpace is provided as it is;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss of data beyond what a month's payment covers;
- we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by something outside our reasonable control.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and permits us to limit our liability, we limit it to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
11. Agreeing to these terms, and agreeing again
You agree to these terms when you create your account.
When we change them, you must agree again to keep using RyftSpace. The next time you sign in after a change, we will show you what has changed and ask you to accept it. Until you do, you will not be able to use the apps.
If you do not want to accept a change, you can close your account instead. Your information stays available to download until you do.
The version and effective date of these terms are at the top of this page.
12. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may close your account if you seriously breach these terms, or if we stop providing RyftSpace. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute connected with RyftSpace is to be brought in the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to their jurisdiction.
If you live somewhere else, you may still have rights under your own local consumer law, and nothing here takes those away.
